P\u00ebrfundon num\u00ebrimi n\u00eb 29 bashki t\u00eb vendit, nd\u00ebrsa vijon n\u00eb 32 t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PS ka triumfuar n\u00eb Kam\u00ebz, Vor\u00eb, Elbasan, Pustec, Kolonj\u00eb, Librazhd, Dropull, Tropoj\u00eb, Roskovec, Libohov\u00eb, Rrogozhin\u00eb, K\u00eblcyr\u00eb, Gramsh, Belsh, P\u00ebrmet, Delvin\u00eb, Selenic\u00eb, Tepelen\u00eb, Peqin, Poli\u00e7an, Devoll, Lushnj\u00ebn, Bulqiz\u00ebn. Nd\u00ebrsa \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb gjasht\u00eb bashki Puk\u00eb, Has, Himar\u00eb, Memaliaj, Mirdit\u00eb, Fush\u00eb Arr\u00ebz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para pak \u00e7astesh u mbyll votimi edhe n\u00eb Delvin\u00eb ku fituan s\u00ebrish socialist\u00ebt me n\u00eb krye Besmir Veliu prej 62% t\u00eb votave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Socialist\u00ebt fituan bindsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Kam\u00ebz<\/strong>, ku Rakip Suli u rizgjodh si kryetar bashkie me 60% t\u00eb votave. Edhe Vora<\/strong> u kthye roz\u00eb ku u zgjodh kryetar bashkie Blerim Shera me 73% t\u00eb votave. N\u00eb krye t\u00eb bashkis\u00eb Elbasan<\/strong> u zgjodh me rezultat 56% t\u00eb votave, Gledian llatja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bashkia e kat\u00ebrt q\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoi procesin ishte Pusteci<\/strong>, ku u besua socialisti Pal Kolefski me 63%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PS mori edhe bashkin\u00eb e Kolonj\u00ebs<\/strong>, Erion Isai siguroi 3873 vota, kurse Ethem Lumani i \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d 2150.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kandidati socialist, Mariglen Disha triumfoi n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Librazhd<\/strong> me 8922 t\u00eb votave, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb pas Shefki \u00c7ot\u00ebn nga \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb Dropull<\/strong> Partia Socialiste ka mundur t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb me 81.25% t\u00eb votave Partia Socialiste. Kandidati i PS Dhimit\u00ebr Toli ka siguruar 3709 vota, nj\u00eb diferenc\u00eb kjo e lart\u00eb votash kundrejt \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d dhe Partis\u00eb Demokratike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb vendlindjen e demokratit Sali Berisha, bashkin\u00ebTropoj\u00eb<\/strong> triumfoi Partia Socialiste me Rexh Byberin, i cili kryesoi me 5126 vota nd\u00ebrsa Besnik Dushaj u \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d mori vet\u00ebm 4876 vota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PS fitoi edhe n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Libohov\u00eb,<\/strong> ku Leonard Hide mori 1387 vota, kurse Adil Xhelili 1248.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Rrogozhin\u00eb<\/strong> ka triumfuar socialisti Edison Memolla, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb pas Shk\u00eblqim Hoxh\u00ebn, kandidatin e \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb bashkin\u00eb K\u00eblcyr\u00eb<\/strong> triumfoi Klement Ndoni i PS-s\u00eb me 49.33% t\u00eb votave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Socialisti Arif Tafani fiton 100 vota m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb Belsh<\/strong> se bedri Qypi i koalicionit \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb bashkin\u00eb P\u00ebrmet<\/strong> Alma Hoxha triumfoi me 4416 vota, kurse Edmond Komino i \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d me 1336 vota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Socialisti Besmir Veli triumfoi n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Delvin\u00eb,<\/strong>duke l\u00ebn\u00eb pas Ilir Mehmetin. Nertil Bellaj triumfoi n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Selenic\u00eb, <\/strong>nd\u00ebrsa ishte kund\u00ebr Leonard Rakipajt nga koalicioni \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb<\/strong> T\u00ebrmet Pe\u00e7i mori 82.67% t\u00eb votave, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb pas me rezultat t\u00eb thell\u00eb baftjar Imerin nga \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d dhe Sokol Gug\u00ebn nga PD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Peqin,<\/strong> socialisti Bukurosh Ma\u00e7i mund Mustafa Pashjan me 6400 vota. Socialisti Adriatik Zotkaj mundi n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Poli\u00e7an<\/strong> me 78.38% t\u00eb votave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Puk\u00eb<\/strong> triumfoi kandidati i \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d Rrok Dodaj me 58.13% t\u00eb votave dhe la pas Gjon Gjionajn me 41.87% t\u00eb votave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kandidati i \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d, Miftar Dauti mori 3448 vota n\u00eb Has,<\/strong> nd\u00ebrsa socialisti Beqir Mulaj 2709 vota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Memaliaj<\/strong> triumfoi Albert Malaj 52.255 t\u00eb votave, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb pas Gjolek Gjucin me 47.75% t\u00eb votave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb bashkin\u00eb e Fush\u00eb Arr\u00ebzit<\/strong> fitoi Hil Curri, kandidati i koalicionit \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d me 2693 vota, 58.99%. nd\u00ebrsa socialisti Fran Tuci mori 1872 vota, 41.01%, nga 16 QV n\u00eb total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
