Blerim Shera pohoi se:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi q\u00eb jemi mledhur sot me bizneset dhe grupet e interesit \u00ebsht\u00eb paketa fiskale, pasi ju jeni baza ekonomike e bashkis\u00eb, por dhe e shtetit. Ne vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb ekonomi t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve dhe pse kemi qen\u00eb n\u00eb v\u00ebsht\u00ebrsi ekonomiko-financiare, q\u00eb ju tashme i dini. Kemi pasur nj\u00eb zhvillim t\u00eb zon\u00ebs industriale p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket bizneseve t\u00eb reja t\u00eb mesme dhe jemi nj\u00eb trend p\u00ebr shum\u00eb biznese, t\u00eb cilat e shohin Vor\u00ebn si potencial p\u00ebr shum\u00eb zhvillime, p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket infrastruktur\u00ebs q\u00eb ka zona industriale, pun\u00ebtoris\u00eb,etj,\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne si bashki, jemi p\u00ebrpjekur maksimalisht t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn ton\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i ardhur n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb bizneseve dhe qytetar\u00ebv\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb zhvillim t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsi dhe pole t\u00eb tjera zhvillimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patjet\u00ebr q\u00eb n\u00eb paket\u00ebn ton\u00eb fiskale, ne vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesim fuqish\u00ebm disa nga tarifat tona kryesore ashtu si\u00e7, \u00ebsht\u00eb tarifa e pastrimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me buxhetin e ri q\u00eb parashikojm\u00eb e me paket\u00ebn e re fiskale q\u00eb parashikohet, ne do t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesim nga fonde t\u00eb tjera, pra nga t\u00eb ardhurart tona sekondare, tarif\u00ebn e ndricimit, pastrimit dhe tarif\u00ebn e gjelb\u00ebrimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prandaj jemi mbeldhur sot k\u00ebtu, p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebto tarifa, por edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb nga ju ato k\u00ebrkesa q\u00eb do t\u00eb ken\u00eb bizneset, sidomos ato q\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrq\u00ebndruara p\u00ebr infrastruktur\u00ebn, q\u00eb ne do t\u2019i planifikojm\u00eb n\u00eb buxhetin tone t\u00eb vitit 2024 p\u00ebr buxhetimin me pjes\u00ebmarrje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-embed-handler
