Me date 13.12.2020, n\u00eb Sheshin \u201cSkenderbej\u201d nisi nj\u00eb tubim i paligjsh\u00ebm, i cili vazhdoi m\u00eb pas n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb godin\u00ebs s\u00eb Kryeministris\u00eb, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb DVP Tiran\u00eb, n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb \u201cBllokut\u201d dhe disa m\u00eb pas t\u00eb ndar\u00eb me grupe jan\u00eb kthyer s\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Sheshin \u201cSk\u00ebnd\u00ebrbej\u201d dhe duke vazhduar m\u00eb tej n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e Durr\u00ebsit, rrug\u00ebn \u201cDritan Hoxha\u201d dhe Sheshit Shqiponja, ku kan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar gjat\u00eb rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruar kazan\u00ebt e mbeturinave, sinjastik\u00ebn rrugore, reklamat e bashkis\u00eb dhe vendstacionet e mjeteve t\u00eb transportit publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Si pasoj\u00eb e goditjes me gur\u00eb, l\u00ebnd\u00ebve piroteknike dhe sendeve t\u00eb forta n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb punonjsve t\u00eb policis\u00eb t\u00eb planizuar me sherbim, \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs policie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
M\u00eb pas, n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve procedurale jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb 4 shtetas, si dhe u proceduan penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb 46 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr kryerjen e veprave penale \u201cOrganizimi dhe pjes\u00ebmarrja ne grumbullime e manifestime t\u00eb paligjshme\u201d, \u201cKund\u00ebrshtimi i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik\u201d, \u201cPengimi i qarkullimit t\u00eb mjeteve t\u00eb transportit\u201d, \u201cPrishja e qet\u00ebsis\u00eb publike\u201d, \u201cShkat\u00ebrrimi i pron\u00ebs \u201d , \u201dMosbindja ndaj urdhrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik\u201d dhe \u2018\u2019Mbajtja dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve plas\u00ebse dhe piroteknike\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, vijon puna p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb veprime t\u00eb dhunshme ndaj Policis\u00eb, pron\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore dhe asaj private.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
