K\u00ebrkesa e Partis\u00eb Demokratike i \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me, SPAK, q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb pezulliminne Ardi Veliut nga detyra deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e hetimeve. N\u00eb padin\u00eb e dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb SPAK, Partia Demokratike argumenton me detaje sesi Ardi Veliu ka shkelur ligjin, duke kryer t\u00eb pesta veprat penale, si:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Shp\u00ebrdorim i detyr\u00ebs<\/li><li>Kryerja e veprimeve arbitrare<\/li><li>Pengimi n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019u shprehur, grumbullusr dhe manifestuar<\/li><li>D\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje<\/li><li>Mosmarrja e masave p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb gjendjen e paligjshme.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb padin\u00eb penale ndaj Drejtorit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, Partia Demokratike v\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se \u201cn\u00eb protestat paq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar frym\u00ebn e represionit policor dhe t\u00eb abuzivizmit qeveris\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb re p\u00ebrdorim i teprusr i dhun\u00ebs policore, p\u00ebrdorimi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7mendur i gazit lotsjell\u00ebs.
