Grupi \u201cKastrati\u201d ka marr\u00eb indirekt dhe kontrat\u00ebn p\u00ebr koncesionin 35-vje\u00e7ar t\u00eb Aeroportit t\u00eb Kuk\u00ebsit, q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb funksion s\u00eb shpejti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb kontaktuar nga Monitor, burimet zyrtare t\u00eb \u201cTirana International Airport\u201d nuk b\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb koment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Grupi kinez, i sh\u00ebrbimeve financiare China Everbright<\/strong>, njoftoi ne prill 2016 se kishte n\u00ebnshkruar marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr blerjen e t\u00eb drejtave koncesionare n\u00eb Aeroportin Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmes filialit t\u00eb saj \u201cReal Fortress Private Limited\u201d. T\u00eb drejtat koncesionare u blen\u00eb nga tre aksioner\u00ebt Albanian-American Enterprise Fund \u201cAAEF\u201d,&nbsp; DEG-Deutsche investitions-und Enticklungsgesellschaft mbH\u201d dhe (\u201cAviAlliance GmbH\u201d), q\u00eb kishin n\u00ebnshkruar nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb koncesioni me qeverin\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb vitin 2004. \u00c7mimi i shitjes s\u00eb kuotave te kompania kineze ishte 82.25 milion\u00eb euro, sipas kontrat\u00ebs zyrtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kastrati&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00ebsht\u00eb grupi m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb vend, me aktivitetin kryesor n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e tregtimit me pakic\u00eb dhe shumic\u00eb t\u00eb hidrokarbureve, por q\u00eb vitet e fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb diversifikuar, kryesisht n\u00eb sigurime, n\u00eb sektorin e nd\u00ebrtimit dhe turizmit dhe tashm\u00eb po hyn dhe n\u00eb transportin ajror, p\u00ebrmes zot\u00ebrimit t\u00eb dy aeroporteve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2019, qarkullimi vjetor i grupit iu afrua 90 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebve (730 milion\u00eb eurove), duke sh\u00ebnuar vitin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb historik, pas nj\u00eb rritjeje t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave me rreth 5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb 2019-n, Kastrati kaloi si grupi m\u00eb i madh dhe p\u00ebr fitimet. Kompanit\u00eb kryesore t\u00eb grupit \u201cKastrati group\u201d (tregtim me shumic\u00eb i naft\u00ebs), \u201cKastrati shpk\u201d (tregtim me pakic\u00eb i naft\u00ebs), \u201cAlb-Siguracion\u201d (sigurime) dhe Autostar Albania (tregtim dhe sh\u00ebrbime ndaj automjeteve) raportuan n\u00eb total, nj\u00eb fitim prej 3.1 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh (25 mln euro), me rritje prej 12% me baz\u00eb vjetore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grupi Kastrati zot\u00ebron dhe 50% t\u00eb aksioneve Albanian Highway Concession, q\u00eb menaxhon koncesionin e rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TIA, deri p\u00ebrpara pandemis\u00eb, nd\u00ebr m\u00eb fitimprur\u00ebset n\u00eb vend<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTirana International Airport\u201d deri n\u00eb vitin 2019 ishte nj\u00eb nga sip\u00ebrmarrjet m\u00eb fitimprur\u00ebse n\u00eb vend, me nj\u00eb norm\u00eb fitimi q\u00eb arrinte deri n\u00eb gati 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb 2019-n, kompania raportoi t\u00eb ardhura prej gati 7 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh. Fitimi para taksave i kompanis\u00eb ishte 3.1 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, pothuajse i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me vitin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm, duke u renditur e treta m\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb vend sa u p\u00ebrket fitimeve, pas BKT dhe Raiffeisen. Norma e fitimit ra n\u00eb 45%, nga 49% vitin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rritjes m\u00eb t\u00eb ngadalt\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave n\u00eb raport me shpenzimet. N\u00eb vitin 2019, TIA p\u00ebrpunoi nj\u00eb nivel rekord pasagjer\u00ebsh prej 3.1 milion\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qeveria ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb negociata me koncesionarin e Rinasit p\u00ebr uljen e tarifave, pasi nga auditimet ka rezultuar se kompania koncesionare ka fituar m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb ardhura nga sa ishte parashikuar n\u00eb skenarin fillestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TIA po rezulton nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb goditurat nga COVID-19 n\u00eb vitin 2020, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pezullimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm t\u00eb fluturimeve n\u00eb tremujorin e dyt\u00eb dhe tkurrjes s\u00eb fort\u00eb n\u00eb muajt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb 2020-s. Sipas INSTAT, p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn janar-tetor 2020, numri i fluturimeve ka r\u00ebn\u00eb me mbi 46% dhe transporti i pasagjer\u00ebve p\u00ebrmes ajrit \u00ebsht\u00eb tkurrur me gati 60%, me baz\u00eb vjetore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Koncesioni i aeroportit t\u00eb Rinasit, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn deri n\u00eb vitin 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konsorciumi Tirana International Airport (dikur Tirana Airport Partners), n\u00eb vitin 2004 n\u00ebnshkroi nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje koncesionare 20-vje\u00e7are me qeverin\u00eb shqiptare p\u00ebr projektimin, financimin, nd\u00ebrtimin, kryerjen, funksionimin, menaxhimin dhe zhvillimin e Aeroportit Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar \u201cN\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza\u201d, Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb tetor 2016 u finalizua shitja e kuotave t\u00eb koncesionit tek kompania REAL FORTRESS PRIVATE LIMITED, nj\u00eb kompani offshore me seli n\u00eb Singapor, q u raportua se ishte pjes e grupit kinez, China Everbright.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit 2016 qeveria shqiptare njoftoi se kishte arritur nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me kompanin\u00eb q\u00eb menaxhonte aeroportin duke hequr k\u00ebshtu ekskluzivitetin, ng\u00ebr\u00e7in q\u00eb pengonte hapjen e aeroporteve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heqja e ekskluzivitetit i dha TIA-s dy vite shtes\u00eb nga koncesioni duke \u00e7uar afatin e ri n\u00eb 2027 p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfundimin e kontrat\u00ebs, n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb hapjes s\u00eb Aeroportit t\u00eb Kuk\u00ebsit, i cili akoma \u00ebsht\u00eb jo funksional, por po punohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur v\u00ebnien n\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb tij. N\u00eb prill 2019, Qeveria miratoi kontrat\u00ebn p\u00ebr koncesionin 35-vje\u00e7ar t\u00eb Aeroportit t\u00eb Kuk\u00ebsit, ku fitues doli bashkimi i p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm i kompanive Global Technical Mechanics sh.p.k. dhe Bami sh.p.k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb funksion edhe Aeroporti i Vlor\u00ebs, tenderi i t\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb disa her\u00eb, TIA mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb 2.5 vjet t\u00eb tjera shtes\u00eb.
